![]() Kelly leaves for her parent's home, Ash follows her believing that she stole the Necronomicon when in fact Pablo did in order to trick Ash into helping Kelly. After a short battle in which Kelly is nearly killed, Ash slays Vivian. Ash opens a curtain to get his chainsaw only to see a possessed Vivian waiting for him. Kelly asks him to help her father but Ash refuses, telling her that the entire world is at stake. Kelly screams for it to leave them alone, the attack suddenly stops and Pablo enquirers if it will get in, Ash confirms that it will and readies himself for the attack, taking Kelly's belt to strap his gun holster to him and then using his shotgun to kill the deadite. Ash saves her by throwing an axe at the Deadite, and his trailer is then attacked by a Kandarian Demon. Pablo attempts to convince Ash to help them moments before Kelly gets attacked by a possessed gardener. Pablo offers to take her to her parents only for him to take her to Ash who she is not happy to see. Later that day, Kelly received a video call from her father that led her to believe that her mother had come back home. While talking with Williams, Kelly revealed that six months prior to her hiring, her mother had died in a car accident. ![]() One of her co-workers, Ash Williams, approached Kelly to both introduce himself and tell her goodbye (as he had plans to leave town after accidentally awakening an evil spirit). Now in her 20s, Kelly got a job at the ValueStop department store thanks to her downstairs apartment neighbor Pablo Simon Bolivar. What with the steps forward taken and ceaselessly entertaining delivery of the absurd and the macabre.Very little is known about Kelly's early life and childhood, except was born August 16th, 1993, and was the only child of Suzy Maxwell and her husband. Even without that, it looks like there are still plenty of reasons to hail the king, baby. There's one little mystery Lee Majors left us with that I can't wait to get the answer to. I appreciated this season's cleaner ending that leaves the door open for the show to go in any direction. Some slight improvements to the formula and more deranged monsters and comedic excellence keep the momentum going. There are some insane and hilarious moments that rival that of the original trilogy. I was constantly surprised by the ability of these ten episodes to consistently come up with bigger, crazier moments than even that of the first season. Although I have to question why we needed to return to the cabin again. The throwbacks to the films are always a nice touch. Ted Raimi showing up is icing on the cake and a nice bit of fanservice given his ties to the Evil Dead series. The handful of new reoccurring characters fit in nicely. Their characters have undergone some growth and have their own issues to deal with. Pablo and Kelly are given a little bit more to do than just be sidekicks. An extra added layer of depth and a surprising kick of emotion has been added to the mix as the story takes us back to Ash's hometown where we get to take a look at his family life.
